Papa Joes Hot Pepper Basting Sauce

As well as I can remember the basting sauce was used when cooking meat on the open pits. This sauce cleanses impurities, tenderizes and heavenly seasons the meat. Today people use it for things like salad dressing. These are small batch handmade sauces we use only natural ingredients no fillers or high fructose corn syrup. The peppers we use have a Scoville Heat rating of Medium to Hot between 2,500 and 5,000 (SHU) but don’t worry “It Won’t Burn”
